Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to arrival date will be entitled to a refund of deposit paid less a $50.00 cancellation fee or alternatively be entitled to transfer deposit for a future booking
Cancellations notified more than 14 days prior to arrival date will not be entitled to a refund of the deposit but instead entitled to transfer deposit for a future booking within 6 months
Cancellations notified less than 14 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the full deposit/all monies paid
When a booking has been made 14 days or less prior to arrival date and cancelled the full deposit/voucher/all monies will be forfeited
We strongly recommend the purchase of ?Travel Insurance? to cover for unexpected situations requiring the cancellation of bookings. Travel insurance can be arranged prior to travel through your travel agent.
If you do not arrive and /or don?t stay for the entire number of nights booked no refund will be given
