The 38 acre Barossa Shiraz Estate with serene surroundings and sensational views has evolved with the history of the Barossa. The 1840s homestead, originally a Cobb and Co Stagecoach, has been developed into two stunning private and self contained vineyard cottages, the Residence and the Willows.

The Residence is an elegant luxury romantic and fully self-contained vineyard cottage offering a glorious vantage point over the surrounding vineyards, across the Barossa to the ranges beyond.

Residence is located in a major tourism precinct close to the Lyndoch Township and central to several restaurants, boutique and large wineries, the Rose Garden complex, Helicopter Rides, Whispering Wall, Lyndoch Lavender Farm, antique shops and art and craft shops.

The Residence offers an exclusive vineyard stay and is suitable for a couple or groups of up to four.

RESIDENCE
The Residence combines the charm of its historic past with the comfort of modern conveniences, 12-foot ceilings, timber floors, leadlight windows, open fire in winter, reverse cycle air conditioning, fine furnishings, full kitchen, barbecue, outdoor setting, veranda, LCD Television, DVD and CD units, free hire in-house DVDs and all the comforts of a luxury home. Quality guest amenities, hairdryer, iron and ironing board provided.

It features an elegant bedroom with queen size bed and an ensuite with a stunning spa bath for two with ceiling shower and a spacious glass framed separate shower.

The Residence has also a double sofa bed in the lounge if you wish to book extra guests.

Ornate high ceilings, luxury fixtures, and ensuite with superb oval spa and glass framed shower help to make The Vines an unparalleled cottage in the Barossa.

The cottage has outdoor garden, designer decoration, reverse-cycle air conditioning, DVD and CD players, wood fire in winter (wood supplied), gas barbeque, outdoor setting and features Van Gogh and Monet canvas art.

THE LOFT
The Loft, originally a circa 1890 dairy, is a spacious and luxurious cottage with views of vineyards and the Barossa ranges. The ground floor has a master bedroom with ensuite and spa bath, a lounge, and a fully equipped kitchen.

A staircase leads to a mezzanine level with two bedrooms that both have access to an ensuite with spa bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and breathtaking balcony views, and the other has two single beds and views of the expansive gardens.

The Loft has private outdoor garden, designer decorations, reverse-cycle air conditioning, LED televisions, wood fire in winter (wood supplied), gas barbeque, and veranda. It is located close to wineries, fine restaurants, and various other tourist attractions.
