Barossa Valley- Liebich Wines

Barossa Valley located in the tourism country, Australia offers large varieties of food and dining places. Australia, apart from being known for its tourism, is also known for its specialization in wines. Barossa Valley is one place Australia where wines are found in abundant numbers. One of them includes the Liebich family. This family started wine-making at their Rowland Flat during the golden years dating back to almost 1919. But its said, that finally in 1992, Ron Liebich started their wine-making business, by producing eminent varieties of red and white wines and also, a unique range of specialized fortified wines.
The ingredients of the wines are meant to be kept simple and classic. Hence only grapes that are locally grown on the heavy red and black soils are used as its said, that they bring out the unique, ‘Barossa fruit character’.
Their wine, known as the Bulk Port, is sold at the cellar door away from markets. They follow the policy, which their wines are made out of love and less from products. Their wines are said to be natural. The Lliebich’s still continue with their family business and making of the wines.
