This one bedroom property and is located in the town of Lyndoch, central to the beautiful Barossa region. Christabelle Cottage is an exclusive heritage property, circa 1849 located in Lyndoch. Especially quaint, bursting with character, Christabelle has encouraged many a romance, heard numerous marriage proposals, and provided thousands of lasting memories. Originally a church built from ironstone, now beautifully renovated to provide a private, charming and very unique cottage, an indulgent getaway. Daisybelle Cottage - Exclusively yours a quite retreat, a charming indulgent getaway. Daisybelle Cottage is an enchanting stone cottage, originally a school house in the mid 1850?s now lovingly restored for you to relax, unwind and enjoy. The property features three queen bedrooms, a cosy lounge room, a country kitchen and large sunroom. Jasmine Cottage provides the perfect hide-away, with all your needs catered for on-site. The cottage is completely self contained. With two double bedrooms and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped complete with dishwasher. The cottage also features a flat screen TV with home theatre system, DVD player, stereo, DVDs, CDs, magazines, books & games for your entertainment, and reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort. The Olde School House circa 1850's is a very unique Stone Cottage, once apart of the old school house complex of Lyndoch. This property has been fully restored but still retains some of the original features, such as high rafted ceilings. Barossa Glen is a cottage filled with history and romance, enjoy the good things of life, spend a romantic interlude, recover health and vitality, discover new experiences or share in the life of a region renowned for its unique culture, wines and foods. Our unique cottage overlooking vineyards is exclusively for two and provides a perfect hide-away for a romantic interlude. Cancellation Policy
Belle Cancellation Policy Cancellation notified more than 60 days prior to the first date booked will be entitled to a full refund of the deposit Cancellation notified 60 days or less and more than 30 days prior to the first date booked will forfeit the full deposit. (Deposit will be refunded subject to the dates that were booked being re-booked) Cancellations 30 days or less prior to the first date booked will be liable for full payment of booking unless dates are re-booked. (Refunded subject to the dates that were booked being re-booked) A administration fee of $25.00 will be charged to all cancellations Belle Damages Policy A excess charge will be charged if the cottage is not left as it is presented to the guest. i.e if excessive cleaning is required fee starts from $30.00 to $220.00 if the cottage needs to be closed for excessive servicing. A charge will be made for any abnormal damage to property or any property removed from the property. This charge will be for the repair of the damage or the cost of the replacement of the item removed. Smoking Policy A No Smoking policy is in place in this cottage ash trays are provided outside. If smoking does take place inside a $100 fee will be charged. Use of Rooms Not Booked Policy If your booking is for two (not twin share) please use your chosen bedroom. If two bedrooms are used without prior arrangement a charge of an extra couple will be charged at $100.00 If you would like to invite guest to stay please let us know and we will provide extra food wine and linen and adjust your account accordingly Properties with fires are not operational during fire ban season. Jandas Lake View has a $50 surcharge for single night bookings If you check out past your allocated check out time a late check out fee may be applied. Refer to confirmation letter for type of breakfast provisions provided.
